Live AI teaching, run by the people who teach the course.
mindmade.university gives a university educator a workspace where Maya, MindMade's AI
teacher, holds live sessions with their students. She teaches from the material staff
upload, and every session comes back transcribed and summarised. Self-serve from the
first workspace to the first transcript.

01 · The engines
Two ways to meet Maya.
Maya mkII · Video
Face to face, on camera.
A live video session, one student at a time. Maya holds the conversation on
screen, works through the course material with them, and keeps the thread across
the session. Built for the courses where presence carries the teaching.
$0.60 per minute
Maya mkIII · Voice
A tutorial in conversation.
Voice only, low latency, and empathic: she hears how a student says something as
well as what they said. Built for oral practice, vivas, and the courses where
explaining out loud is the skill being taught.
$0.25 per minute
Staff choose the engine per course. Rates are US dollars per minute of session time,
rounded up per session. The widget in the corner of this page is the voice engine, live.
02 · The loop
From nothing to a running course, without talking to us.
Everything an educator needs sits behind one sign-in. No sales call, no onboarding
project, no procurement season.
01
Create a workspace
Name it, choose where its data lives, Sydney or the EU, and invite your colleagues. The workspace is the unit that owns courses, billing and staff.
02
Add a card
A card on file is what activates the workspace. Nothing is charged up front; usage is invoiced monthly in arrears.
03
Create a course
Pick the engine for it, video or voice, and Maya is ready to be briefed. Each course keeps its own knowledge, roster and record.
04
Import your roster
Upload the spreadsheet you already have, XLSX or CSV, with an email column and optional team and role columns. Students sign in with those emails.
05
Upload the knowledge
Course notes, readings, lab guides, in PDF, DOCX, TXT or Markdown. Each file is extracted into an editable document you curate before Maya teaches from it.
06
Sessions run
Students meet Maya live. Every session is transcribed and summarised for staff, and the dashboard shows usage and spend as it happens.
03 · The record
Every session leaves a record staff can use.
Sessions
Who met Maya, when, on which engine, and for how long.
Transcripts
The full conversation, word for word, minutes after it ends.
Summaries
What each session covered and where the student stood, written for a teacher skimming forty of them.
Usage
Minutes and dollars per course and per student, updated as sessions close.
Spend caps
A monthly ceiling for the workspace and per-student allocations, so the bill can never surprise the department.
04 · Pricing
Two rates. No other numbers.
$0.25per minute · voice
$0.60per minute · video
Billed per minute, rounded up per session, monthly in arrears. No platform fee, no seat
fees, cancel anytime.
